What happens to any belongings that are taken from the premises?

If we do need to take any contaminated articles from your premises they will be taken to a local transfer station or landfill, we do not salvage.
Every effort will be made to clean and de-contaminate your property. You will be advised at the time of anything that needs to be disposed off.

How long does it take to clean a crime scene?

As you can appreciate no two jobs are the same, but when we attend an incident we try and complete the job in one shift. We will never leave your job to go and attend another incident. Your incident will take priority over other incidents that come into the office.

Do we take photographs of the scene?

Yes, however we do not post photos of the scene on our website or any other website.

Often after a murder you will not be allowed to see the crime scene so we will take photographs, these photographs can be used for insurance purposes so that the insurance company know the extent of the damage. When we have finished the job and you are completely satisfied and all invoices have been paid in full all photographs will be destroyed.
